Broth Blend

Originally designed to help enhance soups.

Now has been found great on sautéed or roasted mushrooms, roasted baby potatoes, roasted vegetables, chicken, and turkey.

For soups this blend works best with either water, chicken or vegetable broth. For broth recommend 1 tsp per cup of broth. Even just water this blend can achieve a broth consistency. Use 1 1/2 tsp per cup or season to your preferred taste.

Beet Spice Rub

A great novelty seasoning. I had some fun coming up with this one.

Great on salmon indeed, and any fish or seafood.

Even brings a fun flavor to roasted vegetables.

Roasted beets with Beet Spice Rub??!! Why Not?

Note: Use this blend liberally as it is designed to coat all around.

Have fun experimenting with this one.

New Orleans Blend

Use this blend as the base for all your Cajun style recipe's, and have the freedom of increasing the "heat" to your own desired level. Season to taste for your desired flavor, and if you want more heat, just sprinkle some red chili flakes. This seasoning is especially good in making a cream style sauce.

Barbecue Blend

Want to add a great smoke flavor to anything you want to cook on the grill? This blend is great for any cookout. Even for not on the grill. The Applewood smoked and Wine infused Sea Salts will bring some great flavor characters to any meat you choose.

Veggie Lovers' Blend

This blend is dedicated to my wife. She always loved how I seasoned the vegetables. This seasoning is great in both sautéed or roasted.

Even shake this seasoning over your salad with your choice of dressing. Great for those who avoid dressings sold in stores. A little olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a few sprinkles of this blend. Perfect!!
